My Story

Mies Van Der Rohe allegedly said, “The Devil is in the Details”.

I also believe that the “The Good is in the Details” too. There are thousands of things to consider and decide on during a project. Being able to take a complex project and break that project down to executable steps is what has drawn me to Project Management.

When I initially started in project management, it wasn’t very well known in the business world. Also, many of the tools and processes were not available back in the day. Over the years, as I have lived the many transitions in project management, however a simple truth still applies, “Ensure that each project is executed with diligence and integrity”. This yearning to ensure that I am able to utilize my experience and knowledge to help our clients drove me to form Integrity Management Consulting (IMC). Our name says it all, “We consult on each project with Integrity”.

After working on a global scale managing complex projects ranging from for Fortune 500 clients and Fortune 50 clients, I have seen the transformation that happens when businesses align their projects in an effective and intentional way. My extensive industry experience in materials handling automation/engineering, omni channel distribution, and supply chain operations leadership has given me the tools to handle complex projects with ease.

My operations and project experience have complemented each other nicely. This “Blended Insight” has provided me the knowledge to solve multifaceted problems and navigate seamlessly with efficiency to save companies time and working capital. Project management is more than solving a problem, it’s also about understanding the client’s issues intimately and guiding a team towards a cohesive solution.

My mission is to help small to medium sized businesses implement and deploy effective project management strategies that achieves the desired results in the shortest amount of time, as I realize that this is where there is the greatest need. This cornerstone is why I founded Integrity Management Consulting. My goal was to take my combined corporate operations and project management experience and help businesses succeed in incredible ways.

Be nimble in order to exceed expectations. I just don’t do what is asked, I “Over-Achieve”. It all goes back to my up bringing. My rise and grind mentality propels me to push harder than everyone else.

ANALYTICS

Utilizing metrics to justify decision making. For example, many problems in Supply Chain can be resolved by simply employing math. Math may not give the final answer, but it gives the direction of where to go – You must still use your experience and insight to get the optimal answer.
